Abstract

One of the most important activities in the company, where human resource management is the activity of getting the right people, as well as individual characteristics. Both large companies and small companies, in the HR approach means that all and every company must be able to create a sense of security and satisfaction in working (Quality of work life) in the environment so that human resources in the work environment to be competitive.


The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence While the method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.


Based on multiple linear regression analysis results obtained capability of 0.240 it can be concluded that the ability to have a positive and significant effect on  employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya in Makassar, from the results of regression coefficient then dihoeleh personality results of 0.316, it can be concluded that Personality has a positive and significant influence on employee performance  at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya in Makassar, based on the regression coefficient on the variable of job satisfaction of 0.287 it can be concluded that the ability to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya in Makassar
