Research objectives To determine and analyze the effect of compensation variables in the form of allowances, compensation variables in the form of incentives and compensation variables in the form of rewards for employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Selatan and to find out and analyze the variables that most dominantly affect employee performance at PT PLN ( Persero) UP3 South Makassar.


            The object of research is PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Makassar. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
