This study aims to determine how the influence of health insurance and incentive on the performance of employees in PT. Harapan Gina Pratama Makassar.

The research method using descriptive quantitative. The sample in this research is all employees of PT. Harapan Gina Pratama which amounted to 34 employees taken with saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Testing the hypothesis in this study using statistical methods to test the coefficient of determination and uji parsial t.

The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the health insurance and incentice have a significant influence on the performance of employees in PT. Harapan Gina Pratama Makassar
