PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KEJA PADA DINAS PERKEBUNAN PROVINSI SELAWASI SELATAN
This research was guided by Dr. Hj. Herminawaty, AB, A, SE., MM and Rafiuddin.SE., M.SI, entitled The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Spirit on Employee Performance at the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. The study was conducted at the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study was 50 people. The isolation in this study is relatively small or below 100, so the entire population is used as a sample of 50 people.
The research method is quantitative research, with data collection carried out using questionnaires, literature and observation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics (multiple linear regression).
The results of this study indicate that partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Plantation Service of South Sulawesi Province. variable work morale has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Plantation Office of South Sulawesi Province.
