PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT MATAHARI DEPARTEMEN STORE CABANG MAKASSAR
This study aims to examine the effect of education on employee performance,and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at Mall Panakukkang PT. Matahari Department Store Makassar branch, with a population of 400 people, researchers took 40 people as a sample. This research method uses quantitative research by using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observations with the media questionnaire. Analytical methods use inferential statistics with parametric data types, and use SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 13.0 and Mr. Office Excel 2007. The results show that education variable on employee performance has no positive and significant effect because it has value (education) Thitung 1,874 and value (job satisfaction) Thitung -0.462 ≥ Ttable 4.150. This means that education and job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store Makassar Branch.
